Learning Phase
~79 hours of structured study across Admin, Dev, Automation, Flows, LWC, and Agentforce modules.
Sprint 22 months
Application Phase
81 real-world cases covering permissions, objects, automation, integrations, and more — each with time estimates and quality review.

Certified & Client-Ready
A Salesforce certification and a completed case portfolio. Every consultant who works on your project has been through this.
THE SYSTEM
Built inside Salesforce
Trainees don't practice on dummy exercises. They work inside a real Salesforce sandbox — the same kind of environment they'll face on client projects.

Select a case
The trainee browses available cases in the system, reviews the brief, and assigns it to themselves.

Work & log time
They build the solution in a real Salesforce org and log time against the estimated effort.

Submit for review
When done, the case is marked "Completed, pending confirmation" and enters the review queue.

Manager review
A senior manager evaluates the solution. Approved or sent back with corrections — no shortcuts.

CEO reporting
The CEO receives periodic progress reports for every active trainee. Accountability at every level.
STANDARDS
How we grade the work
Every case is evaluated on three dimensions. All three have to pass.
Time accuracy
Estimated vs. actual time logged. We measure how well they scope and execute.
Technical quality
Does the solution follow best practices, meet requirements, and hold up to review?
Objective compliance
Did they deliver what the case asked for — fully, correctly, and completely?
